Present application has been filed for recalling of the order passed by this Court on 15.04.2024 in Criminal Application No.1179 of 2024 and restoring the said criminal application. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the respondents.

It appears that there were office objections and for removal of the same, a conditional order was passed on 15.04.2024. Eight weeks time was granted for removal of the office objections, however, the applicant failed to remove the same within the [1]

931-appln-3181-2024.odt stipulated period and, therefore, the conditional order came into existence. Now, the applicant is ready to remove the office objections and, therefore, the said order dated 15.04.2024 is hereby recalled.

The application stands allowed and disposed of. 5.

Criminal Application No.1179 of 2024 stands restored. 6.

Office objections be removed within a period of two weeks from today. However, we also say that in case of failure on the part of applicant to remove the office objections within the aforesaid period, the application would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
