By this application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the M.A.C.T., Dhule in MACP No.697 of 2014.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicants invites attention of this Court to the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.4,5 and 6 and submits that the delay is occasioned on account of administrative reasons. 3.

Learned advocate for the respondents opposes the prayer. 4.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Application is disposed off. 5.

The appeal be registered. On registration of appeal, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 7.8.2023.
