PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner has challenged the order dated 24.4.2015, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad with regard to the mutation entry. The Honourable Apex Court has concluded in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra ( 2016) 2 SCC 213], that a statutory remedy of preferring a second revision is available.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a second revision within six weeks from today and the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 13.8.2015 till the filing of the second revision shall be a good ground for condonation of delay.
