The petitioner who is desiring to go for admission for second year engineering course in the academic year 2023-2024 of Sinhgad Institute Solapur is anxious that the Scrutiny Committee is still not finally disposing of his claim. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader informs on instructions that the Committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within a period of one (01) month.

We dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case by 05 August
