Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since 2015. The same is not yet decided. The learned counsel further submits that, the result of the petitioner's 03rd semester to 8th semester (B.E.) has been withheld on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for

2 wp 9385.18 respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Golewar, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3.

Considering the fact that, validation proceeding is pending, we pass following order.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold petitioner's result of 03rd to 8th semester examination and documents only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not issue the degree certificate unless and until validity certificate is produced. The respondent No. 1/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29th August, 2018. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
