This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to modify order dated 7th july 2023 to allow the applicant Rs.50,000/- to withdraw amount an amount of of of arrears Maintenance deposited by the respondent in this Hon'ble Court along with interest in her paternal name ASHWINI SANTOSH TRIBHUVAN thereon and for that purpose issue necessary orders;"

The learned advocate representing the Wife submits that the Applicant desires to withdraw the amount in her marital name since that name appears in litigation.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
