.
Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy.
In light of that, though learned counsel for the Petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The Authority where the proceedings would be filed shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition. No costs.
