It is stated that the Petitioners have already approached the District Consumer Forum for execution of the RRC to the extent of the remainder amount.

The second sub paragraph of paragraph No.5 of the affidavit in reply dated 10.11.2022, on the running page 144 of the petition paper book, reads as under:- "... In view of the matter, as the District Consumer Forum is the RRC authority it is pertinent to seek directions from the District Consumer Forum whether to close the RRC or recover the remaining amount. If the District Consumer Forum directs to recover entire RRC

*2* 906wp8812o22 amount then the RRC will be reopened in order to comply with the directions. Secondly, Assistant Registrar as a Liquidator has prepared the cheques and asked the depositors to collect the same vide his letter dated 27.12.2021. However did not accept the cheques."

Keeping in view the above reproduced statement in the affidavit, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Needless to state, there would be no impediment for the Competent Authority in dealing with the pending proceedings.
