Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. The matter is settled before the Lok Adalat and the amount as per the settlement has been deposited in this Court. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of that amount. In view of the fact that, the matter has been settled in the Lok Adalat, there seems no reason for not allowing the present application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of

(iii) The application stands disposed of.
