Mr. Golegaonkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings are pending and the petitioner has secured admission to the Second Year of Engineering Course through the Polytechnic and the last date of submission of Validity Certificate is 30.08.2018.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the vigilance has been conducted and the petitioner was called for hearing today.

Considering the above, the Committee shall decide the validation proceedings latest by 23.08.2018.
