1) Mr. Patil the learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2) In light of that, though Mr. Ambhore the learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
