It is submitted that validation proceedings are pending with the Committee and as per the initial programme published by the C.E.T. Cell, 10.08.2018 was the last date for submission of validity.

Mr. Narwadkar, the learned Counsel for the C.E.T. Cell submits that the decision has been taken to extend the date for submission of validity certificates upto 14th August 2018. 4.

Considering the same the Respondent - Scrutiny Committee shall endeavour to decide all these pending claims on or before 14th August 2018.

The Committee shall consider the exigency of requiring the students to submit the validity latest by 14th August 2018.
