PER COURT :- Since an Appeal is presented against the order, permitting opening of a bank account by the respondent, issue raised in the instant writ petition in respect of grant of 'no objection' for opening bank account, does not deserve consideration. It would be open for the petitioner to make appropriate prayer before the Appellate Authority, for grant of appropriate relief including directions for consideration of his proposal for opening bank account.
