PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner submits that since 2014 Darkhast is pending. We do not find anything in the writ petition about the steps taken by the petitioner to execute Darkhast. In fact the petitioner ought to have taken steps such as attachment of the property for the purpose of recovery. No doubt it is also bounden duty of the State Authority to pay the amount of compensation. 2.

Considering the fact that the amount involved is not large amount and that it is of agriculturist and that it is pertaining to the acquisition of agricultural land and that for five years the Darkhast is still pending, we pass the

ORDER

(i)In case there is no stay to the execution proceedings, then the respondent shall pay the compensation amount as per the Award passed by the Reference Court and that is the subject matter of execution bearing Special Darkhast No.233/2014 expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
