No.458 of 2012 came to be disposed off by the Reference Court by judgment and award dated 20.12.2019. Learned counsel has placed copy of the said judgment on record. It appears that the Reference Court has disposed off the pending Reference bearing L.A.R. No.458 of 2012 on 20.12.2019. In view of the same this writ petition has become infructuous and disposed off accordingly.
