In reply to the petition, learned Counsel for respondent No.3 placed on record a letter dated 21.04.2016 stating therein that respondent No.3 is ready and willing to pay rental compensation to the petitioners along with interest. Said letter is taken on record. But learned Counsel for respondent No.3 requested for 4 to 6 months' time to disburse the amount.

We direct respondent No.3 to complete the procedure and disburse the amount due to the petitioners within four months from today.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of in above terms.
