Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted proposal on 11.09.2014 for inter district transfer from Zilla Parishad - Nandurbar to Zilla Parishad - Parbhani, on the ground of couple convenience as per the policy of the State Government in existence in the year - 2013.

We have heard learned counsel for the respondents also. 3.

The fresh policy has been introduced in February - 2017, and the transfers would be governed by the said policy. The proposal of the petitioner is of the year - 2014 based on the policy of the year - 2013, the same may not be applicable now. The case of the petitioner now cannot be considered on the touchstone of the Government policy of the year - 2013.

The petitioner may make an application in consonance with the new policy of February - 2017, which would be considered by the authority on its own merits. 5.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
