Heard Shri R.V. Gore, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicants - original claimants and Shri Upadhye the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - Insurance Company. For the reasons stated in the application and having considered the objections raised in the memo of appeal in execution to the impugned award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

2 10526.2018.CA.doc (ii) Balance 25% of the amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank initially for the period of one year, and if so required, for the further period till disposal of the appeal.
