The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Krushnaji in the appeal, who died on 05.01.2021, by condoning the delay of 86 days. Though the learned counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application but considering the right to defend of the applicants the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'
