Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the petition is set aside. Petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting instant application stands condoned. Petitioner to remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order passed today shall be deemed to be revoked.
