Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is studying B.D.S. Course and appears for B.D.S. final examination. Full fees is being sought from him.

Mr. Patil, learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that vigilance report is received. The Committee would decide the validation proceedings within three months.

Considering that the validation proceedings are pending, respondent No. 2 Committee shall decide validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 29.8.2018. Respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall not demand full fees from the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in respect of validation proceedings.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
