In spite of service none appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal for enhancement by the claimants. The appellants are the owners of the land which came to be acquired by the State Government. The appellants are aggrieved by the amount of compensation to the extent of non enhancing the amount as per prayers.

In view of above, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed.

It is made clear that the applicants will not be entitled to claim any interest for delayed period, in case the amount is enhanced.
