This is an application for withdrawal of maintenance amount deposited by the respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

The applicant, who is original respondent in criminal revision application No. 97 of 2022 prayed that the amount of Rs.2,90,000/- being arrears are already deposited by the respondent, which she may be permitted to withdraw.

Considering the orders passed in revision application directing the respondent to deposit the arrears of maintenance and Rs.5000/- p.m. from the date of earlier order, the applicant could be permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited in the Registry of this

O R D E R

I.

The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B".

The application stands disposed of.
