Learned counsel earnestly urges this court to grant four weeks extension for making deposit as had been directed under order dated 20-7-2016. As such, since the date of making deposit is to expire, in view of the request, time is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

However, the applicants shall note that hereafter no indulgence would be given and in case of non filing of affidavit of service on the other side and non compliance with the order passed would result in cessation of the relief granted under the orders of this court, without further reference to the court. 3.
