The petitioners seek directions against the respondents to comply the judgment and award dated 11.01.2016 passed in L. A. R. No. 140 of 2014. The petitioners have already filed execution proceedings. The respondents have filed appeal before this Court and same is pending. In the earlier writ petition filed before this Court bearing Writ Petition No. 2134 of 2017, this Court had directed the respondents to deposit the amount within a period of one year. The respondent No. 1 has made some calculations. According to petitioners said calculations are incorrect.

The petitioners can approach the Executing Court in the execution proceedings filed by them and get determined the amount. The petitioners have remedy available before the Executing Court and it is the Executing Court which would consider whether darkhast stand satisfied or not as per the award passed.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
