Heard the parties.

This court by earlier order dated 31-07-2024, had continued the interim relief granted by the learned trial court. 3.

The appellants were on bail as sentence is suspended.

Mr. Ladda, learned advocate submits that sentence is short sentence of three years. The learned trial court has already suspended the sentence. During the trial also, the applicants were on bail.

Considering the above, substantive sentence awarded by the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad dated 3105-2024 passed in Sessions Case No.73/2017 shall stand suspended on executing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only] with one solvent surety in the like amount within eight days from today.

The applicants shall keep informed the concerned police station about their contact details, residential address and mobile numbers etc.
