Learned APP is producing the communication to him by the Superintendent of Police, Beed along with the order dated 11.04.2025 disposing of the application/representation of the petitioner for restoration of police protection to him. The said communication is taken on record by marking as Exhibit- 'X'. The present petition was filed for directions to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in view of the provisions of law and the Government Resolution dated 04.01.2018 within a stipulated period. Since the said representation has been considered, now the petition has become infructuous. Hence, the present writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
