This court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 03626 of 2017 on 20th March, 2017 had issued directions to the respondents to consider grievance of the petitioner for making appointment to the post of Untrained Assistant Teacher since she was earlier functioning as voluntary Vasti-School Teacher. The Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad in observance of the directions issued by this court, has considered the representation tendered by the petitioner and has turned down the same on the ground that the petitioner had tendered resignation for the post of voluntary Vasti Teacher and the same is accepted by Gram Shikshan Samiti on 22-01=2005. The petitioner objects to the resolution adopted by Gram Shikshan Samiti and contends that she had never tendered resignation.

It would be open for the petitioner to initiate proceedings for challenging the resolution adopted by Gram Shikshan Samiti. At this stage, it would not be appropriate to consider request of the petitioner for issuance of directions to appoint her

(Order) (3) W.P. No. 11207 of 2017 as an Untrained Assistant Teacher.

Keeping option of the petitioner open to challenge the resolution adopted by Gram Shikshan Samiti before appropriate forum, the writ petition is disposed of.
