PER COURT :- 1.
This is an application seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation i.e. respondent in this Court.

The respondents have deposited a sum of Rs.27,86,000/- plus Rs.25,000/-. Considering the contentions raised before us and on perusal of the judgment, we are satisfied that the applicants can be safely permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the amount out of the amount deposited by the respondents on tendering an undertaking to the Court that in the event of success of appeal, the applicants shall re-deposit the aforesaid amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of such decision. The balance amount deposited by the respondents shall remain invested in a fixed deposit.
With the directions as above, the Civil Application is disposed of.
