The application is filed for seeking condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of the petition.

It is submitted that due to non removal of the office objections, the learned Registrar of this Court refuse the registration of the writ petition. The learned counsel by inviting our attention to paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the application submitted that for removal of the office objection the attendance of the applicant was necessary as the applicant himself was out of station for quite sometime. The learned counsel could not establish contact with the applicant as such delay caused in filing the petition. The submission is the delay caused is purely an unintentional and bonafide reasons.

In view of the submissions of the learned

( 2 ) ca925.19 counsel and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned and application is allowed.
