The recognition of petitioner's hostel and grant-in-aid facility is withdrawn on 12.03.2018. The petitioner claims to have preferred an appeal before the State on 21.03.2018. It is submitted that the said appeal is still pending. On 04.07.2019 the respondent No. 2 has issued advertisement inviting fresh proposals for running the hostel whose recognition is cancelled.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents No. 1 and 2. 3.

We are not inclined to stall the process pursuant to the advertisement issued. The further process may go on. However, the appeal filed by the petitioner is also pending for more than one year. We direct the respondent No. 1 to decide the appeal filed by the 1/2

41.odt petitioner within a period of three months from today. The respondents authorities shall not pass final order with regard to the allotment of the hostel of the petitioner till the appeal is decided. However, the respondents may proceed ahead with the advertisement process. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
