Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel for the petitioner Institution states that the petitioner has filed proposal seeking increase in the strength of the students from 25 to 60. Such application was filed in the year, 2009 and again in the year 2015 (Exh.E), however, no decision has been taken.

We have heard learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Ingole, leaned counsel for respondent No.3.

Considering the fact that the application seeking increase in strength of students has not yet been decided, we are not entering into merits of the contention. Respondent No.2 shall take decision on the 1/2

30.odt application/proposal of the petitioner for increase in strength of students (Exh.E), after following proper procedure in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within eight months from today.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
