After the judgment is pronounced, learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that the Petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.6,85,000/- in this Court, out of which Rs.4,00,000/- has already been withdrawn and he be allowed to withdraw the remaining amount along with interest accrued thereon.
