By an order dated 07.12.2021, the petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (two lakhs) within stipulated period. In subsequent order dated 21.12.2021, it was observed that, if the said amount is not deposited by 03.01.2022, the matter shall stand dismissed.

The note put up by the registry mentions that, the petitioner has not deposited the said amount till today. 4.

In view thereof and as observed in order dated 21.12.2021, petition is dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 07.12.2021.
