Mr. Bade Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was issued with the Essentiality Certificate and provisional permission in the year-2011. The petitioner is after the respondents but no decision is taken on an application of the petitioner to permit the petitioner to admit the students.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no. 1 and 2.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned Advocate for respondent no. 3 submits that the petitioner at no point of time admitted the students. The Essentiality Certificate lapsed after 3 years. The petitioner will have to apply for fresh Essentiality Certificate.

The applications filed by the petitioner (Page Nos. 16 to 19) for inspecting the school and granting recognition are pending with respondent no. 3. Respondent no. 3 may consider all the relevant aspects of the matter and take decision upon the applications of the petitioner as referred to above on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of two (02) months.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
