JUNE 13, 2025 ORDER :- This is an application for recalling of the order of dismissal of the petition for non-removal of the office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the Writ Petition was dismissed for default by virtue of order dated 17.06.2022, since the petitioner failed to comply with the office objections.

Notices were served on the respondents in this applications. Learned AGP appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. None appeared for the other respondents.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and in view of the undertaking given by him to comply with the office objections within two weeks, we recall the aforesaid order and restore the Writ Petition on its original file. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall remove the office objections within two weeks. The Civil Application is disposed of.
