The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "C" and "E" as under :- "C. The respondent No.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to grant pensionary benefit to the petitioner within 3 months. E. The respondent No.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2019 within 3 months."

We find that the petitioner claims to be a Forest Labourer working since 1983 and has retired in 2004. Specific details have not been set out in the pleadings. We are unable to gather as to which was the date on which he superannuated. It is also not mentioned as to khs/Oct. 2021/226

- 2 - whether he was granted regularization prior to his attaining the age of superannuation. This petition has been filed on 25/07/2019. 3.

In view of the above, we direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20/07/2019, on or before 31/12/2021. His service tenure shall be considered to decide whether he is eligible for pensionary benefits. In the event of an adverse conclusion, we expect a reasoned order to be passed and the said order shall be communicated to the petitioner on or before 15/01/2022.
