Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. This application is for restoration of Writ Petition St. No. 2697 of 2022 dismissed by order of the Registrar for non-removal of office objections. The learned Advocate undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks. There is also delay in filing this application. It is stated that the impugned order was not noticed by the learned Advocate due to inadvertence. When it was noticed that the matter is dismissed, he moved an application for restoration. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The matter stands restored subject to condition that all office objections are removed within two weeks.
