Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. At the outset, learned AGP pointed out that there is alternate remedy to file dispute under section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. He also submits that present petitioner does not have locus standi. On putting repeated queries to the learned Advocate for the petitioner, he could not satisfy the Court as to why he cannot approach the alternate forum and secondly about locus standi. It is seen that the petitioner is only an ex-employee of respondent No.6 Ahmednagar District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. and he has challenged the election of respondent No.7 as Chairman of the said bank. This Court feels that this petition need not be entertained on both the grounds. Needless to say that the petitioner may avail remedy, if available under law.
