While there is a statement in the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 3, 4 and 5 that, " to clarify the claim of the petitioner that whether the land of petitioner was actually acquired or not the re-joint measurement of the lands is

wp11087.19 necessary ", learned counsel for respondents state that if the petitioner deposits the fees for such measurement, the same can be undertaken.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would deposit the amount as required, for re-joint measurement of the land in survey No. 105.

Having regard to aforesaid, the process of re-measurement be undertaken and completed as early as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of deposit of the amount by the petitioner.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

In case occasion arises, this order should not foreclose remedial measures for the parties.
