PER COURT:- 1.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner was before this Court with a grievance that the order of this Court dt. 30.01.2017 was not complied with. Considering the limited grievance that the representations/applications/proposals were pending before the authority, this Court directed the authorities to decide the same within a period of 12 weeks from the date of such order. The affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of respondents No. 2 and 3. The representation of the petitioner is decided by the
2 Sr11CP562.2017 authorities on 15.01.2018. Though there is delay in deciding the representation of the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, due to some technical difficulties, it took sometime and the deponents have expressed their unconditional apology for the delay in affidavit-in-reply.
2.
As the order passed by this Court on 30.01.2017 is complied with, the grievance of the petitioner is now redressed. In view of this fact, the contempt petition is disposed of. [ MANISH PITALE ] [ PRASANNA B. VARALE ] JUDGE JUDGE Punde
