Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within a period of six months. The petitioner's claim has been pending with the Committee, since 20 September 2013.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent no. 2 - Committee to finally decide petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months.
