The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Junior Clerk is pending with respondent No. 3 since March, 2017. The same is not yet decided. Reminders are also issued from time to time.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk (Page 36) is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
