The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of 50% of compensation amounts in respective awards as mentioned in the applications alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date. 3.

The acquiring body has obtained interim stay only on deposit of 50% of the compensation amounts in respective awards. This court in similar other matters, has already permitted therein to withdraw the entire 50% of the amount of compensation on usual undertaking. As such, all the applicants herein are permitted to

2 943 ca 12945-22 withdrawal+ withdraw the amount as mentioned in their applications alongwith accrued interest thereon till date, on furnishing usual undertakings.

As the festival of Deepawali is approaching, all these amounts lying with this court be transmitted to concerned Reference Court alongwith interest accrued thereon till date within two weeks of this order and the undertakings as ordered herein above be furnished before the concerned Reference Court. 5.
