Heard rival submissions. Both these applications are filed for extension of time to carry out the amendment as per the order passed by this Court on 20.10.2021 in Civil Application Nos. 4497/2021 and 4498/2021 in First Appeal No. 3816/2017.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the acquisition of land, the applicant had to move out of State and to the State of Karnataka to earn livelihood. In view of the same and for the reasons mentioned in the applications, same are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and the time for carrying out the amendment will be extended by two weeks.

Both the applications are disposed of.
