(2) CORAM : S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.

DATED : JULY 25, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

Present writ petitions take exception to orders dated 18.07.2025 and 11.07.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, by which prayer of petitioners to grant stay to order passed by District Supply Officer, Nanded dated 30.06.2025 during pendency of revision application is rejected. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for petitioner submits that now hearing of revision application is scheduled on 05.08.2025. However, because the District Supply Officer is not producing the record, the hearing has been protracted. She would submit that one of the reason for passing the impugned orders is that petitioners failed to complete E-KYC of ration card holders attached to their shop. She submits that now E-KYC of more than 70% customers is completed. 3.

Looking to submissions advanced, instead of entering into the merit of matter, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Deputy Commissioner (Supply) to consider and decide revision application on its own merit on given date i.e. 05.08.2025 without adjourning the matter for any reason.

4.

In that view of matter, writ petitions stand disposed of with direction to learned Deputy Commissioner (Supply) to complete

(3) hearing of revision application on 05.08.2025 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

5.

Pending civil applications stand disposed of. (S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) Mujaheed//
