After hearing learned Advocate for the petitioner he submits that there is alternate remedy available to the petitioner and, therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the competent authority taking into consideration Exhibit-'V' i.e. the letter dated 19.07.2024 by Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana.
