The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation for payment of the salary as per the recommendations of 5th and 6th Pay Commissions. The same has not yet been decided.

In case the representation of the petitioner for payment of salary as per 5th and 6th Pay Commission recommendations (Page 29 of this petition) is pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall decide it on its own merits in accordance with the law expeditiously and preferably within six months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
