This is an application for bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 595 of 2022 registered with Newasa Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report ("F.I.R.") and related police papers.

Applicant No.1 - Rutik is twenty years of age and Applicant No.2 - Dipak is twenty-four years of age. The applicants have no criminal antecedents. The informant was robbed of sum of Rs.8,000/-. Said amount has been recovered from the co-accused. On investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of trial. 4.
In view of above, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence I pass the following order :-
ORDER
(I) The bail application is allowed.
(II) The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 595 of 2022 registered with Newasa Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.
(III) The applicants shall attend Newasa Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar on every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for next six months.
(IV) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
