In the order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.7752 of 2025, this Court has recorded that an interim order of status quo has already been issued by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.553 of 2024.

Insofar as the present petition is concerned, the objections raised by the petitioners in this regard to the development plan, are being considered. In fact the hearing on the objections was already kept on 02.09.2025 between 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. by

wp-10299.25 the concerned officer i.e. the Joint Director, Town Planning, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

One of the prayer clauses in the present Petition is that the objections be decided.

In view of the above, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by issuing appropriate direction to the said authority i.e. respondent No.3 - the Deputy Director of Town Planning Department.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3 - the Deputy Director of Town Planning to decide the objections of the petitioners within two weeks from today.
